Waitlists
Let clients join a waitlist when their preferred time is fully booked.
Overview
When all available slots for a time are taken, clients can join a waitlist instead of leaving empty-handed. If a cancellation opens up the slot, waitlisted clients are notified automatically.

How It Works
- A client selects a fully booked time slot in the booking widget
- Instead of "Unavailable", they see an option to join the waitlist
- When a cancellation frees up the slot, the next client on the waitlist is notified
- The client receives an email (or SMS) with a link to confirm their booking
- If they don't confirm within the window, the next person on the list is notified
Enabling Waitlists
Waitlists are available on Growth and Pro plans. When your plan includes waitlists, the feature is enabled automatically for all services across your business — no per-service configuration needed.
The booking widget automatically shows waitlist options for any fully booked slot.
Managing Waitlist Entries
Waitlist entries appear in the Bookings section of the Company Panel with a "Waitlisted" status. You can:
- View the waitlist queue for any time slot
- Manually promote a waitlisted client to a confirmed booking
- Remove entries from the waitlist
