Overview
Calendar Sync creates a dedicated Calendence calendar on your Google account and pushes bookings to it automatically. New bookings, reschedules, and cancellations are all reflected in real time.

How It Works
- Connect your Google account from Settings → Integrations (Company Panel) or Integrations (Staff Panel)
- Calendence creates a dedicated "Calendence" calendar on your Google account
- Existing upcoming bookings are backfilled automatically
- New bookings, reschedules, and cancellations sync in real time
The Calendence calendar appears alongside your existing calendars in Google Calendar. You can toggle its visibility on or off without affecting the sync.
Company Panel vs Staff Panel

Both panels share the same Google Calendar connection per user. If a staff member connects from the Staff Panel, only their assigned bookings are pushed.
Sync All Business Bookings
Business owners connecting from the Company Panel see a "Sync all business bookings" toggle. When enabled, every booking for the business is pushed to the owner's Calendence calendar — not just bookings where the owner is assigned as a resource.
This is useful for owners who want a full view of the business schedule on their personal calendar.
Managing Your Connection
- Push toggle — temporarily pause syncing without disconnecting
- Sync Bookings — manually push any bookings that haven't been synced yet
- Disconnect — revokes the Google connection and removes all synced events from the Calendence calendar
Troubleshooting
Bookings not appearing on Google Calendar?
- Check that the push toggle is enabled in Integrations
- Click "Sync Bookings" to manually push any missed bookings
- Verify the "Calendence" calendar is visible in your Google Calendar sidebar
Connection shows an error?
- Disconnect and reconnect your Google account
- Ensure you grant calendar access when prompted by Google
