What is Calendence

Calendence is online booking and business management for service businesses. If you book appointments, manage a team, and send invoices — this is built for you.

Who it's for: Auto detailers, salons, mobile mechanics, cleaning companies, pet groomers, spas, personal trainers — any business where clients book time with your team.

What it does:

  • Clients book online through your website or a booking link you share
  • You manage your schedule, team, and clients from one dashboard
  • Invoices, reminders, and follow-ups happen automatically
  • Works on your phone — manage your business between jobs

How It's Organized

When you sign up, you get a dashboard where everything lives:

  • Schedule — Your calendar and bookings in one place
  • Clients — Everyone who's booked with you
  • Services — What you offer, how much you charge, how long it takes
  • Team — Your staff, their hours, and what they're qualified to do

If you run multiple businesses (e.g., a detailing shop and a separate cleaning company), each one gets its own dashboard with its own clients, services, and team.

Getting Clients Booked

There are two ways clients can book with you:

  1. Booking widget — A booking form you add to your website with one line of code. Clients pick a service, choose a time, and confirm — all without leaving your site.

  2. Booking link — A hosted page at calendence.com/book/your-business that you can share anywhere — social media, text messages, Google Business Profile.

Both connect to your schedule in real time. No double bookings, no back-and-forth.
