What Calendence is and who it's for.
What is Calendence
Calendence is a multi-tenant SaaS scheduling and billing platform for service-based businesses. Auto detailing shops, mobile mechanics, cleaning companies, salons — any business that books appointments, manages a team, and invoices clients.
One platform handles scheduling, invoicing, client communication, and team management. Your clients book through an embeddable widget on your website or a hosted booking page.
Key Concepts
Hub
A Hub is the top-level account. It represents the owner — the person who pays for the Calendence subscription. A Hub can contain one or more businesses.
Business
A Business is the operational unit. It has its own staff, services, locations, clients, and bookings. Each business gets its own admin panel and booking widget.
Staff
Staff members are users assigned to a business with specific roles and working hours. They can be admins, managers, or field technicians. An owner who also works jobs is fully supported.

Calendence has three admin panels:
