Overview
White-label features let you remove Calendence branding and replace it with your own. Pro
This makes the booking experience feel native to your business.
Widget Branding
By default, the booking widget displays:
- Calendence logo at the top (on the service selection step)
- "Powered by Calendence" link at the bottom (on all steps)
On the Pro plan, both are automatically hidden. No configuration needed.
Brand Color
All plans can set a brand color for their business. The widget uses it as the accent color for buttons, links, and highlights.
Set your brand color in Company Panel → Settings.
Custom Notification Templates
Custom notification templates are available on the Pro plan: Pro
- Booking confirmation
- Booking cancellation
- Booking reminder
- Invoice sent
- Review request
Templates support variables like {client_name}, {service_name}, {booking_date}, and {business_name}.
Dark Mode
Dark mode is available on all plans. It's not a white-label feature — it's a core feature that works automatically based on the host page's theme or the user's OS preference.
What's Not Included
White-label does not currently include:
- Custom domain for the booking page (e.g.,
book.yourbusiness.com) - Custom logo upload (the Calendence logo is simply hidden, not replaced)
- Custom email sender domain (emails come from
notifications@calendence.com)
These may be added in future updates.
